Attached are events organized to welcome new students. All students are welcome to join. Copy and paste the link to a separate page will open it.
The events are organized by a local church fellowship dedicated to International students.
They have English speaking lessons, Spanish lessons as well as monthly events. All of these events are free to join.
The attached events happen once a year and may require a reservation and a fee. Please sign up ASAP because space is limited.

Road Trip to Corpus Christi (Labor Day Holiday Weekend)

We invite you to join us for a trip to Corpus Christi on August 30th. This is an opportunity to visit Texas beaches, enjoy seafood, take a boat ride in the bay, visit the Texas State Aquarium and tour the USS Lexington aircraft carrier / museum.
Our plan is to leave on Friday after classes (6 pm) and return Sunday afternoon (Monday is a holiday so UT is closed). Transportation is free – you just pay for the shared hotel room, food and activities (aquarium, boat ride, etc).
Space is limited to 10 students, so please sign up soon if you would like to join us.
