I am a retired Chinese American lady. I live in a big house in South Austin around the intersection of Brodie Ln and W Slaughter Lane, a subdivision called Bauerle Ranch in the middle of Bauerle Ranch Park. It is like living in a park.
I have a completely furnished guest room with bath room next to it that I would like to rent to a current Chinese UT student or a graduated Chinese student who is working in Austin.
I speak fluent English and Cantonese, but my Mandarin has Cantonese accent. I prefer someone who can speak Mandarin or Cantonese. female student only. Current roommate is a female, the instructor in AOMA integrative medicine school, you need to share the same bathroom with her.
It will be an all-inclusive rental (electricity, water, gas, WIFI, TV included), no lease required.
