So, we are looking for people to continue our lease from this summer to at least until
1/25/2021. The lease can be extended as needed.
Summer move-in date is flexible and can be specified once interested.
Monthly rent is $1,500 and includes cable, internet, and car port.
This is actually a lower rate because we have contracted for a full year!

Murchison running track, HEB, CVS, Post Office, Public Library are all walking distance.
Doss Elementary building is newly constructed to open fall of 2020.
2 minutes to Mopac Expressway and US Route 183 Highway by car.
